ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.
Casual Champion does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Florida, United States.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.
Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by Casual Champion at any time.
Once your order has been processed by our fulfillment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed.
Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
Casual Champion is unable to ship to P.O. box, APO, or FPO addresses. All orders with a P.O. box, APO, or FPO address will be cancelled.
Pre-Order Policy:
Items that are marked as pre-order at check-out are expected to ship upon arrival to our facility. All customers are charged at checkout for pre-order items to the payment method provided. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify. Should you have any questions, please contact our team at support@casualchampion.com.
BILLING
If you choose, at your sole discretion, to purchase goods, you acknowledge that you will be required to provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment (“Payment Method”) and you agree that we may charge your Payment Method. Casual Champion uses authorized third parties for the purpose of processing your transactions, credit card authorizations, order fulfillment, and shipping.
By submitting Payment Method details to us or our third-party processors, you grant (or otherwise authorize) Casual Champion the right to store and process your information with such third parties.
You agree that Casual Champion will not be responsible for any failures of such third parties to adequately protect your information.
SHIPPING METHODS
SHIPPING METHODS
Standard Shipping: $15 USD / 3-5 Business days
Express Shipping: $30 USD / 2-3 Business days
Rush Shipping: $40 USD / 1-2 Business days
Casual Champion offers complimentary shipping on domestic orders over $500 USD.
At this time, there is no international shipping.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Signature required.
Please note that for items $500 or under, packages may be left without a signature at the carrier’s discretion. The above processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on casualchampion.com; Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are reflected in U.S. currency.
Scheduled Delivery orders are delivered via our courier, all other orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, we are actively pursuing international shipping to expand our reach globally.
WHAT IS ROUTE INSURANCE?
Route is premium package protection for your Casual Champion order. When you add Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval by the Route team, for a reorder or refund within 24-48 hours.
Note: If your order does not have Route, Casual Champion is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping.

If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / Lost packages are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
During sale periods, all sales are final. Casual Champion reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice.
If Casual Champion marks down the price of an item you have already purchased, we will adjust the sale price at your request within 5 days of your delivery date.
